NOTICE OF CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT FOR CERTV2 TOKENS FOR AIRDROP PARTICIPANTS

BACKGROUND
On January 8, 2024 shortly after release of 777,000 CERT V2 Tokens from a GEMPAD IDO onto the Pancake Swap DEX a bandit who had stolen the minter keys from Certicos’ Developer had minted and placed 200 Million CERT V2 Tokens (CERTICOS Un-Minted Reserve Tokens) into the CERT/BNB Liquidity Pool creating a rug pull with the majority of BNB liquidity in the pool. This caused a drastic price decrease of the CERT V2 Token and the Community was notified via Telegram. After consulting with GEMPAD, it was determined that Certicos only option at this time was to dump all CERT V2 Tokens into the Liquidity Pool to essentially remove any remaining BNB Liquidity remaining inside the Pool. Binance has been notified by our developer and Certicos regarding the bandit’s actions and we have traced their wallets back to laundering the BNB on the Binance exchange. Reportedly this bandit hit several token developers and has absconded with over $1 Million USD in the last six months. No further information exist at this time. The Certicos document center site was not breached, and this only occurred with the token prior to our IEO and ICO Launch.

REIMBURSEMENT
Certicos will be reimbursing all token holders who participated who had more than one (1) CERT V2 Tokens in their wallets prior to the Pancake Swap Decentralized Exchange issue aforementioned. CERT V2 Tokens accumulated during the Pancake Swap from Jan 8th 6:00 AM (UTC) and Jan 9th 6:00 AM (UTC) are not part of this claim and have been paid out in reimbursed BNB.
Certicos will be Airdropping new Arbitrum One Network CERT tokens between January 21st and is expected to complete by February 15th, 2024. Certicos has +11,000 wallet holders and will be airdropping periodically during times where this is lowest ETH Gwei Gas Fees for transfer. The new Arbitrum One CERT reimbursement will be done in stages with the highest holders first. Because of Gas Fees with Arbitrum we will not be dropping wallets with one (1) CERT V2 with new tokens.
Again, if you participated in Pancake SWAP we have already reimbursed your wallet. This reimbursement is for pre-Pancake SWAP CERT V2 Holders only.
Monitor your wallet address on the Arbitrum One Network.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR ARBITRUM CERT TOKENS AFTER RECEIVING
The Arbitrum One Wallet Address is shared with Binance Smart Chain.
The following steps are to assist you in adding the new Arbitrum CERT Token to your wallet.
Step 1: Add Arbitrum Network to your Metamask or other wallet (note: Metamask supports Arbitrum, but it calls it Arbitrum Llamanodes (something like that).

Step 3: Arbitrum bridged Ethereum: The Arbitrum Network is a Layer 2 under Ethereum and uses the Arbitrum bridged Ethereum Coin for gas fees (sometimes called ARBBETH). You may use many tokens in your wallet to SWAP into ARBETH (even BNB). Along with the new CERT token the ARBETH will be needed to have when using Certicosign.com instead of BNB.
