NOTICE OF CLAIM REIMBURSEMENT FOR GEMPAD PRESALE OF CERTV2 TOKENS

BACKGROUND
On January 8, 2024 shortly after release of 777,000 CERT V2 Tokens from a GEMPAD IDO onto the Pancake Swap DEX a bandit who had stolen the minter keys from Certicos’ Developer had minted and placed 200 Million CERT V2 Tokens (CERTICOS Un-Minted Reserve Tokens) into the CERT/BNB Liquidity Pool creating a rug pull with the majority of BNB liquidity in the pool. This caused a drastic price decrease of the CERT V2 Token and the Community was notified via Telegram. After consulting with GEMPAD, it was determined that Certicos only option at this time was to dump all CERT V2 Tokens into the Liquidity Pool to essentially remove any remaining BNB Liquidity remaining inside the Pool. Binance has been notified by our developer and Certicos regarding the bandit’s actions and we have traced their wallets back to laundering the BNB on the Binance exchange. Reportedly this bandit hit several token developers and has absconded with over $1 Million USD in the last six months. No further information exist at this time. The Certicos document center site was not breached, and this only occurred with the token prior to our IEO and ICO Launch.
REIMBURSEMENT
Certicos will be reimbursing all token holders who purchased CERT V2 Tokens on the Presale with our new Arbitrum CERT Token plus 15% additional tokens. Only tokens purchased on GEMPAD will be reimbursed in this matter with Arbitrum CERT Tokens. Certicos is not responsible for tokens purchased or sold on other platforms during or after the deadline.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR TOKENS
There were a total of sixty (63) Pre-Sale Crypto Address used on GEMPAD. We have made a Google Sheet for GEMPAD for you to find your wallet. If you already claimed your token from GEMPAD then Skip Step 1:
Step 1: Make sure you have claimed your Certicos GEMPAD Tokens. You may also click the image below. If you have not claimed your CerticosV2 CERT, go to GEMPAD and connect the wallet you used to make your CerticosV2 CERT and click on claim tokens. This process may take a few minutes -it’s wonky slow. If you are not sure if GEMPAD claim token worked, go to this address on BSC Scan and see if it went through, if you don’t see your transaction try again. GEMPAD CERTICOS TRANSFERS
After it takes, send us an email at info@certicosign.com with title in subject line Gempad Claim.
Steps to add the new Arbitrum CERT Token to your wallet.
Step 2: Add Arbitrum Network to your Metamask or other wallet (note: Metamask supports Arbitrum, but it calls it Arbitrum Llamanodes (something like that).

Step 3: Once in the Arbitrum Network go to Add Token (+ NEW TOKEN) and add the CERT Token address:

Step 4: Arbitrum bridged Ethereum: The Arbitrum Network is a Layer 2 under Ethereum and uses the Arbitrum bridged Ethereum Coin for gas fees (sometimes called ARBBETH). You may use many tokens in your wallet to SWAP into ARBETH (even BNB). Along with the new CERT token the ARBETH will be needed to have when using Certicosign.com instead of BNB.
